General Terms and Conditions for entry and participation in 1000 MIGLIA EXPERIENCE GREECE 2025
Article 1 – Purpose
1.1. These general conditions (“General Conditions”) regulate terms and conditions of registration and participation in the 1000 Miglia Experience Greece 2025.
1.2 Registration implies full acceptance of the Special Εvent Regulations to be arranged by SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. under licence of 1000Miglia S.R.L and any additions and/or changes to these documents ordered by SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. even after the closing of entries.
1.3 The non-acceptance of these general conditions by the Competitor does not allow registration to the Event.
Article 2 – Admitted cars and program
2.1 SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. independently and at its sole discretion determines the cars admitted to the Event. Participants must have full knowledge of the rules and regulations issued by the FIA and 1000Miglia S.R.L. covering and governing auto motor events in all its aspects. It is not possible to lodge a complaint or appeal against the decision of the Selection Commission.
2.2 No objection relating to the registration fees is admitted since by accepting the General Conditions, the Competitor expressly accepts the fairness of the registration fees in relation to the totality, type and quality of the services offered by SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L..
2.3 The Event program published on the website contains provisional information relating to the 1000 Miglia Experience Greece 2025 which SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. reserves the right to modify.
Article 3 – Registration Fee
3.1 The entry fee is:

• From (01.06.2025 to 31.07.2025) € 8.800,00
• From (01.08.2025 to 08.09.2025) € 9.800,00
and includes:
• accommodation for 4 nights in a 4 / 5-star hotel with breakfast in a double room with two single beds (08-09-10-11 October 2025)
• n. 4 dinners, one of which gala dinner / Awards Ceremony (08-09-10-11 October 2025)
• n. 4 lunches (08-09-10-11 October 2025)
• Coffee breaks during the Event
• Welcome bag with clothes, gadgets etc.
• Road-book and maps
• Time keeping instuments
• Participation in the Event
• Road assistance (one assistant vehicle per twenty cars)
3.2 Payment of the sum of the entry fee must be made in the following way:

3.3 In addition to what is provided in the registration fee, it is possible to request the following
additional services upon payment of the established amount of SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. for each service:
• hotel accommodation in a double room for single use if available
• extension of stay in the days preceding or following the Event
• participation of a support crew.
*NOTE: Please be advised that if two single rooms are required, an additional fee of 1,500 euros will apply for the second single room (the extra cost for the single room remains the same during all the three booking periods).
Article 4 – Refund of the entry fee for crews not accepted
In the case of non-acceptance of a car by the organizer, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within thirty (30) days from the date of communication of non-acceptance.
Article 5- Refund of the fee in case of withdrawal of the entry
The refund of the registration fee in the event of withdrawal, for any reason, of the registration by a Competitor will take place under the following conditions:
From the registration date until 30.06.2025
In case the competitor cancels his participation, 50% of the sum paid will be held as cancellation fees and the rest of the amount will be returned as a refund.
From 01.07.2025 until 30.09.2025
In case the competitor cancels his participation, 75% of the sum paid will be held as cancellation fees and the rest of the amount will be returned as a refund.
From 01.10.2025 until the starting date of the event
Full cancellation fees will apply and no refund shall be issued to the competitor in case of entry’s withdrawal.
**ΝΟΤΕ: Same cancellation policy applies in case the competitor has booked 2 single rooms. The total cancellation and refund policy is calculated on the total amount of the registration fee and any additional single room supplement.
Article 6 – Cancellation of the event due to force majeure
SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. reserve the right, at any time and at their sole discretion, to cancel the Event due to extraordinary events that have occurred and are unforeseeable and beyond their control, such as, but not limited to, new epidemics, measures taken by the authorities, earthquakes, floods, sudden climatic changes, which make it impossible to hold all or part of the Event. In such a case, the entire participation fee will be refunded.
Article 7
UNPAID ENTRIES WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID
Article 8 – DECLARATION OF INDEMNITY
The entrant / driver / co-driver of the car entered in the declares that: My participation is at my own risk and that I will not hold SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L, the Organiser, its Officials and the FIA responsible for any accidents, injuries etc. during the event. I also declare to have full knowledge of the rules and regulations issued by the FIA and 1000Miglia S.R.L. covering and governing auto motor events in all its aspects and I guarantee to respect all such rules and regulations, without exception. All statements made by me in this General Conditions form are accurate.
Article 9 – Privacy protection
The personal data of the participants will be processed by SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. as Data Controller and in compliance with the obligations established by EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (GDPR).
Article 10 – Image rights, release and indemnity
10.1 The Competitor as a result of the registration to the Event authorizes SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. and/or the physical or legal persons appointed by the same to take, in the context of the general context of the Event, photos and audio-video recordings of their person, their crew and/or the vehicle (s) and/or of the goods/trade-marks owned/owned. Each Competitor, as a result of their registration in the Event assigns and transfers to SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. free of charge, the exploitation rights on the photos and/or audio-video recordings that SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. and/or its representatives will carry out in the context of the Tender.
10.2 SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. is authorized to store, commercially exploit and transfer to third parties, the photos and/or audio-video recordings, as well as to disseminate them, also by re-editing them at its discretion, through editorial products (by way of example but not limited to: newspapers, books, magazines, magazines, etc.) and/or any type, method, means and system of use currently known without limits of territory and passage, also through total or partial transfers to third parties.
10.3 Each Competitor indemnifies SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. from any claim by third parties concerning the photos and/or audio-video recordings mentioned above.
Article 11 – Civil liability and indemnity.
11.1 Each Competitor is required to stipulate, and to maintain for the entire duration of the Event, a suitable insurance policy for their car, in compliance with current legislation and to communicate the relative details (number and period of validity of the policy, name of the insurance company) to SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. within the deadlines set by the latter.
11.2 The Competitor and each driver also declare that they are aware that the Event takes place on roads open to traffic and, consequently, accept and undertake to respect and observe all the traffic rules which the Competitor and each driver declare to know.
Competitors, and crew members must hold a valid Sport Competitor/Driver’s Licence or a valid regularity licence, issued by their AS N – with authorisation to compete in the event – levels valid in Europe. At least one of the two crew members must be in possession of a valid driving licence during the legs of the race. Crew members must present an international driving licence, valued in Europe.
11.3 Furthermore, the Competitor and each driver accept and undertake to indemnify SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. and all those involved in the organization and the owners of the roads where it takes place from any responsibility for any damage to the person and/or property of the Competitor himself, his drivers, employees and/or agents, and/or produced or caused to the person and / or things of third parties as a result of events caused by or in any case attributable to the Competitor himself and/or to his drivers, employees and/or agents.
The Competitor declare to have full knowledge of the rules and regulations issued by the FIA and 1000Miglia S.R.L. covering and governing auto motor events all its aspects and guaranteed to respect all such rules and regulations, without exception.
11.4 Equally the Competitor and each driver exempt SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. from any responsibility in case of theft and/or fire and/or other damage that the vehicle admitted to the Event should suffer during the entire duration of the Event, and expressly renounce, also for their own heirs or assignees, to advance against SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. any claim for compensation connected to any accident suffered by the vehicle during the Event.
Article 12 – 1000 Miglia Brands
The Competitor and each driver cannot claim any rights over the registered trademarks “MILLE MIGLIA”, “1000 Miglia” “1000 Miglia Experience” and “Mille Miglia Experience” in verbal and figurative form (the “Brands”) nor can they claim any authorization for their use.
Article 13 – Amendment of Terms and Conditions
SAN MARINO SPEED S.R.L. reserve the right, at any time and at their sole discretion, to modify the General Conditions. The version of the General Conditions in force on the day of submission of the registration form will be binding for each Competitor.
Article 14 – Applicable law and competent court
14.1 These General Conditions are regulated and interpreted in accordance with law of Repubblica of San Marino.
14.2 Any dispute arising, deriving from or connected to these General Conditions is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of San Marino.
